Maryland Crab Cakes

Sweet jumbo lump crab held with just enough binder, pan-fried golden and served with remoulade.

Method

  1. Mix mayo, egg, dijon, Old Bay, and a little panko.
  2. Gently fold in crab without breaking up the lumps.
  3. Form into cakes and pan-fry in butter and oil.
  4. Serve with remoulade and lemon wedges.
