SIMPLY GOURMET, LLC ("Simply Gourmet", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use https://simplygourmetlakeplacid.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

• Account information. Your name, email address, and a password hash when you register, sign up for a membership, or check out from the kitchen store.
• Order information. Shipping address, billing address, the items you purchase, and the amounts charged. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes; payment data is handled by our payment processor.
• Communications. Messages you send us by email, contact form, or member support replies.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data. Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on each page.

2. Microsoft Advertising / UET

We use the Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag to measure conversions from our advertising on the Microsoft Advertising network. The UET tag drops a cookie on your browser and sends Microsoft information about your interaction with our site, including the URL of the page you visit and a randomly generated identifier. Microsoft uses this information to tell us how our ads performed and to show you ads more relevant to your interests.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the services you request -- account access, order processing, recipe access, and shipping.

• To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following kinds of parties, and only as needed:

• Service providers who run our payments, hosting, email, and analytics under contracts that limit their use of your data.
• Shipping carriers for the delivery of physical orders.
• Authorities when we are required by law or by a court order, or in good faith to protect rights, safety, or property.

Our lawful bases for processing under GDPR include: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the site, your consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, and compliance with legal obligations.

7. Retention

9. Children

The Simply Gourmet site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a banner on our site.
