Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (month or year, depending on your plan). The card on file is charged within 24 hours of renewal. We will email you a reminder 7 days before any annual renewal.
You can cancel any time from your account page in two clicks. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period -- you keep full access until then.

All recipes, photographs, articles, page designs, and code on Simply Gourmet are the property of SIMPLY GOURMET, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may save and print recipes for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, or rebrand any of our content without prior written permission.
If you post content on our site (for example, a recipe rating or comment), you grant SIMPLY GOURMET, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and adapt that content in connection with the site. You retain ownership of your content.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will meet your specific needs. Cooking and food preparation involve inherent risks; you accept those risks when you cook from any of our recipes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIMPLY GOURMET, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will not exceed the greater of (a) $89.99 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or our services will be resolved by final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Florida or in another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's decision will be final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and SIMPLY GOURMET, LLC agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be limited to the dispute between us individually. You waive any right to pursue a claim on a class, collective, or representative basis.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if you violate these Terms or otherwise misuse the service. You may stop using the site or close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or by a banner on the site. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
