If you are not satisfied with your Simply Gourmet membership or your kitchen-store order within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No tricks, no fine-print exceptions on the headline promise.
If you are within 30 days of your initial paid charge, email member support at info@simplygourmetlakeplacid.com. We will refund your most recent membership charge in full to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
If you are within a free-trial window, you have not been charged. Cancel from your account page to avoid the upcoming charge.
We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@simplygourmetlakeplacid.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item and process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
The return window is 30 days from delivery for store orders, and 30 days from initial charge for memberships. We are unable to accept returns after the window closes.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days with a photo and order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund -- including shipping -- at no cost to you.
