Thai Green Curry

Method

  1. Fry curry paste in coconut cream until aromatic and oil splits.
  2. Add chicken and stir to coat.
  3. Add the rest of coconut milk, vegetables, fish sauce, and sugar.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes; finish with basil and serve with jasmine rice.
