Classic Buttermilk Pancakes

Method

  1. Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter in a separate bowl, then fold into dry mix until just combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium and ladle 1/3 cup batter per pancake. Sprinkle blueberries onto each.
  4. Flip when bubbles set on top, cook 1 more minute, and serve warm with butter and maple syrup.
