Method

  1. Brine chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce overnight.
  2. Dredge in seasoned flour, dip back in buttermilk, then dredge again.
  3. Fry at 325F for 12-15 minutes per piece, in batches.
  4. Drain and finish with flaky salt and a drizzle of honey.
