Calcium-Rich Salmon and Kale Traybake

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200C / 400F and line a large tray.
  2. Toss the kale and broccoli with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then spread out.
  3. Nestle in the salmon and lemon slices and roast for 14 minutes.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and serve warm.
