Miso Glazed Salmon with Greens

Method

  1. Mix the miso with honey and brush it over the salmon.
  2. Bake at 200C for about 12 minutes until just cooked.
  3. Saute the bok choy with garlic and ginger in olive oil.
  4. Serve the salmon over the greens.
